ProtectMarraige.com is a broad-based coalition of reasonable families, community leaders, religious leaders, pro-family organizations and individuals from all walks of life who have joined together to realize the true definition of marriage which is the fullest expression of faith and commitment between two consenting adults regardless of their gender as well as to define inheritance and property rights.
Well over 6,000,000 Californians have agreed in supporting marriage rights for all through their own efforts including voting. Protectmarraige.com is defending this more humane view of marriage in the courts, through activism and advocacy, and through public education and academic research.
To truly protect marriage we need to encourage people to get married. With heterosexual marriage on the decline (especially with people getting married later in life) and divorce continually on the rise the institution of marriage is failing to attract a net new influx. By encouraging other “non-traditional” couples to get hitched we can reverse that trend. So promote same-sex marriages and help to truly protect the institution of marriage.
This site is not affiliated (for incredibly obvious reasons) with protectmarriage dot com whose sole purpose is to limit human rights and foster a sense of division in society and to (maybe inadvertently) destroy the institution of marriage through attrition.

Your not American! If you want a christian country please leave us. We will be happy to buy you a ticket out of the country just don’t forget that you MUST give up your citizen ship as well. America is about all Americans not just the heterosexual ones.

Please look closer at the content of this particular blog. I think you might find we are in agreement. This is not protectmarriage dot com. This site has the wrong spelling of marriage but the right approach to equality. Please tell your pro-same-sex marriage friends to link to this site.

I can not believe you have the outrageous gall to assume you know what is right for any American. We are free to pursue happiness, and you have no right to prevent that… if you do you are not abiding to your own constitution.
I am in a traditional marriage for over 30 year and am very happy. If in fact someone wants to marry same sex what business is it of mine (and especially of yours). I find myself a tad skittish around gay men but I certainly would not deny them their unalienable rights. Please live and let live!!

What a bunch of cave dwelling idiots. Not trying to cast dispersion on pre-homo-sapiens, but these idiots who refuse to use their brains should crawl back to the caves, or swamps, or primordial goo in which that they belong.
